Emma Mancuso joined Daniel W. McKay & Associates, PLLC, as a legal assistant in May 2025 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Utah Tech University. She assists with various family law matters, including divorce, custody, and parenting time cases. Her work involves client communication, document drafting, and assisting with discovery and case preparation.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors in Northern Utah, has a background in music, and has played French horn in several orchestral groups over the years. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her German Shepherd puppy and two cats.
