Kimberly is a native of Spanish Fork.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Social Work.  Before coming to Daniel W/ McKay & Associates, PLLC., Kimberly worked in the healthcare industry and with recovery addicts which allowed her to create meaningful & memorable relationships and make a difference in the lives of so many.

Kimberly oversees staff, implements procedures, maintains administrative systems including billing and payroll, and works closely with the legal assistants and attorneys.

Kimberly married her high school sweetheart over 27 years ago and has raised three amazing children together.  She loves her family, including her dog, and cherishes the time spent with them.  Together they enjoy cheering on the Green Bay Packers and spending time outdoors, camping, trail riding, and fishing.
